Graig James. He has more than 8 years’ experience in investment banking and structured finance. Graig James spent 8 years with World Square Property Finance, where he was involved with a range of structured, project and property finance transactions, the latter involving major Australian companies and listed property trusts. Graig James has provided advice on structured property and asset-based financing arrangements for public and private sector projects. Graig has a Bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in Actuarial Studies, from Macquarie University.al and electrical works and fit itself.

He has extensive construction knowledge not only in theoretical aspects of the industry such as market analysis, negotiations, acquisitions and recognizing valuable business opportunities but also on the field. With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry and second generation training and skills.

Robina Serobian Asset Manager has a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Commerce (Property Development) from Sydney Graduate School of Management. Ruby has over 8 years’ experience in the corporate real estate sector, holding national management roles, specializing in property, lease and asset management. Ruby is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Asset Manager (CAM) and a licensed real estate agent.

Penny glenford, Project Co-ordinator University of Western Sydney Bachelor of Building Diploma of Interior Design Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment Catherine holds a building degree and has extensive experience across multiple sub sections of the industry with projects ranging up to $20 mil. Her contract administration experience together with her strong client focused approach makes her a valuable asset to the team. She has a personal interest in development legislation and pre-construction assessment.
