Henry James (Director) has been in the industry for over 12 years and has been involved in a variety of projects with a wide range of both private and Government clients, and often a total project basis involving planning, design, preparation of DA and CC, site works, services, and fit-out, as well as the construction of the basic building structure itself.
Jack Reuben (Director) has been in the industry for over 14 years and has been involved in a variety of projects with a wide range of both private and Government clients, and total project basis involving design and construction cost planning and analysis from concept to construct, preparation of DA and Construction Certificates with vast knowledge of design and construction sequences, mechanical and electrical works and fit-out.

Andrew Margi. He has more than 8 years’ experience in investment banking and structured finance. Andrew spent 8 years with World Square Property Finance, where he was involved with a range of structured, project and property finance transactions, the latter involving major Australian companies and listed property trusts. Andrew has provided advice on structured property and asset-based financing arrangements for public and private sector projects. Andrew has a Bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in Actuarial Studies, from Macquarie University.
Ruby Serobian Asset Manager has a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Commerce (Property Development) from Sydney Graduate School of Management. Ruby has over 8 years’ experience in the corporate real estate sector, holding national management roles, specializing in property, lease and asset management. Ruby is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Asset Manager (CAM) and a licensed real estate agent.
Fred Makdissi, Director NSW Institute of TAFE Advanced Certificate in Building Supervision Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery Certificate in Building Assessment (in progress) Fred is the founder of St George Building Pty Ltd and is a qualified builder and carpenter, and in the final stretch of completing his qualifications as a Building Assessor & Certifier. He has extensive construction knowledge not only in theoretical aspects of the industry such as market analysis, negotiations, acquisitions and recognizing valuable business opportunities, but also on the field. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and second generation training and skills.
Catherine Aoun, Project Co-ordinator University of Western Sydney Bachelor of Building Diploma of Interior Design Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment Catherine holds a building degree and has extensive experience across multiple sub sections of the industry with projects ranging up to $20 mil. Her contract administration experience together with her strong client focused approach makes her a valuable asset to the team. She has a personal interest in development legislation and pre-construction assessment.
